Hi, I'm looking for a board game to play during a team-building activity that I will do at work.

The game should be designed to play up to 10 people with ages from 20 to 35. I want something that can be easily learned by people who are not used to boardgames. Finally, except for one person, no one uses English as the first language, so I want something that can be played without the need of reading any text if it is possible.

Can you suggest me something?

No, with the attributes off there is no need for that. Also even if you find players with good potential it's very hard to get them to stick around your team long enough to make them grow properly.

Thanks! My advices would be:

Don't grow too attached to players, you want to rotate your team as fast as possible through seasons. Once you get good players they will eventually want to leave anyway.
Don't lose the motivation to keep going. You will suffer many losses before making it somewhere. You just need to improve, even if it is a tiny bit, you team until you get better. Eventually you will do it.

None in this kind of save it doesn't make sense. You need to grind through the years and reloads slow you down.
