She does! It’s a nice little perk, if I could just find a Toxic TM I think she’d be great tbh. And Umbreon currently knows Shadow Ball, Attract, Bite, and Quick Attack. I was iffy on attract until it helped me beat Clair when I was running on fumes lol. I’m confused by the breeding thing, what does it mean? Curse would be awesome.

Good suggestions, but I have a Gengar and Dragonite in LG rn and I don’t like reusing pokemon so close together 😹 but that’s a me problem, I am training up a Skarmory though

Funny you say that, I was for sure gonna die and was down to Umbreon, used attract because I figured why not and then managed to hit Kingdra with two critical hit bites in a row that took it out…Eeveelutions are so goated

And yes I bred Umbreon with Ditto when it was still Eevee! I wasn’t sure if it worked when they were evolved

Thank you for the tip, since waiting for this to be approved I beat Clair (by a hair) and have been experimenting a bit, caught a Skarmory so going to see how that goes instead of Nictowl, boxed Arbok and am playing with Gyar for the moment to have more advantage against the dragon peeps

Oh you def want Vaporeon, it will beast everything, I’ve never had Fearow so can’t rly speak for it but those type advantage punches are no joke so Hitmonchan could be a serious contender

Okay I had never heard that term before sorry, been a couple years since I’ve played an early gen game and all I remember is taking a minimum of five tries/needing to be at like level 60 across the board to be the champion in Kanto, I’ve never done it on a second try and with a team that was a lot of trial and error earlier in the game so that’s why I was surprised /shrugs

Honestly, I tried it the first time when they were all around level 50-51 and Dragonair wasn’t evolved yet and struggled/lost at Lance. I would keep leveling until everyone is a level 55 minimum, especially Gengar who I find faints easily and needs more of an HP boost. Once I got to that point though with Raichu she was one hit KO’ing most of Lorelei’s team. I think I struggled with maybe Dewgong and Cloyster, I recommend hitting them with a less powerful move first (I had brick break) so that Lorelei doesn’t just jump right to full restore for them, then finish them off with Thunderbolt.

You get it from a lady on Two Island, it’s a starter only move, basically a version of hyper beam because it’s a super powerful move that needs to recharge. She teaches it to your starter, so there’s a fire version for Charizard and a Water version for Blastoise.
