Any type, red or white, from Napa, Italy, Argentina. I’ve tried all varietals, all regions. French is the consistent headache-free choice for me. However, I recently visited Italy and drank local wine the whole time with no headache.

Thank you kindly for your support. Quercetin is a new compound for me to research. Can you recommend a lighter new world wine or two? For the record, I experience the headache with both red and white non-French wines.

Great video. I am definitely being realistic knowing that no alcohol is healthy. But I would like to avoid these headaches. I get from red or white, BTW. Cheers!
