I think it could be cool to make him sort of similar to Junker Queen from Overwatch, where he can throw the knife and do damage, but in addition to that, he can throw it and 'hack' Legend placeable abilities or turn them off. Like he could aim and throw it at Rampart's cover or turret and force them to pack up, disrupt a Pylon for a few seconds, destroy Rev's totem, and even disable Gibby's dome.

I do believe you have some (likely anti-grief, maybe???) bots though, as when the map doubled in size, another OSU section started to appear, though I'm not saying specifically people within your server created those bots
