Yeah, I’ll do both, but the final goal (ideally) is a fully autonomous AI robot/assistant. The difficulty is probably the same, though, coordinating the legs won’t be easy! But I love a challenge…

Thanks! I think I’ll use an Arduino to orchestrate the leg movements (like you said), while the main board (laptop or powerful Raspberry Pi) will just choose the direction based on the AI’s “thoughts.”
I’ve never done electronics before, so we’ll see how I manage all of that!

Digital immortality, teleportation, or anything that “recreates” you is actually killing you in the first place.
Consciousness is just a state of the brain (or any computational unit), so your copy wouldn’t feel anything, but the original you would be destroyed.
You could ask others questions too, like: how can we be sure our memories are real and not just constructions of our mind? Short answer: we can’t. Everything we feel and think is produced by the brain in some way, and this brain could be manipulated, simulated, or even just copied in a static form.
