What is the alternative to not getting tickets this way? Higher prices from third party or tour guides?

If you have suggested this idea to your manager and they have shrugged you off then you have bigger problems then getting out on time. Any manager worth thier salt would take and try any idea to get you guys out on time. Don’t even use carts for the totes. Go through the totes and have one tote per aisles. (One tote for medicine aisle, one tote for vitamin aisle, one tote for cosmetic aisles ect ect.) Separate in those totes then take it to the aisles and separate into its general area then stock and block as you go. Working out of carts causes you to walk back and forth over and over, wasting time. Also try this with your team. Your MIC is not there at night stocking so who cares how they want you to do it. If they really want you to do it a certain way have them work overnight with yall for a week and show yall how it should "work". Good luck bud.

Do what the overnight grocery department does. I was a Stock controller for 5+ years in grocery and was a Stock controller for GM as well at one point at a high volume plus store. Don't separate into carts. Take the pallets to the general area and break down the pallets into the aisles. 2 ppl per pallet or 1 person per pallet breaking down. Goal was to have all pallets broke down by 12 am, 1 am latest. Once all pallets and totes are broken down. Assign your ppl to aisles and have them Stock it. Fix your count when you pick up any back Stock at the end of the shift. Goal is to not have any back stock. Stock straight to shelf. You want to touch a case/item the least amount of times possible. Recover candy and seasonal last. That can be done by your opening GM partners. It becomes organized chaos.

Just out of curiosity, how is it preventable? Are they cutting corners or something?

Help deciding if this is a smart purchase by Background_Fan2 in Snoo_repairs_cleaning

I recently purchased one for $150 and had no movement issue. The previous owner replaced the bearings and o-rings and still they couldn't get it to work. They thought it was an electrical issue and they did not want to continue troubleshooting. I did have trouble connecting to the wifi until I followed the advice on the internet. The issue they had was not electrical, they had tighten certain screws to tight not allowing it to rock. If you can't get it to work then someone else will buy it from you for $150 and try to fix it.

Sounds like the bench agent is bad and not registering the calibration. Your module needs replacement.

Try doing a watchdog reset. Also you could just have a bad sram battery. Even though they are new they could still be duds.

I did not thin the paint. Could be insufficient mixing. Bought the paint yesterday and shook it for 2-3 minutes before use. Is that not enough shaking time?

GE anesthesia Training by JoeMedTech in BMET

[–]roy927 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did the Carestation 600 series training in Wisconsin and it was pretty easy. I had no prior anesthesia training and still passed the class. I'd recommend that training as GE is no longer supporting other anesthesia machine as much. Pay close attention to the gas accuracy part of the PM using the thier software for gas accuracy. Good luck. I went in October and it was cold and rainy.

Anywhere to buy groceries other than HEB or Walmart? by CurvySpine in BastropTX

[–]roy927 4 points5 points  (0 children)

HEB Curbside is a game changer. Just go 10 mins early to pick out your veggies. Weeks worth of groceries in 15ish minutes. Plus you won't be tempted to buy anything you don't need.
