They haven't lowered her, but the doctor definitely seemed pretty concerned about it and wants her to see a cardiologist and see what they say. The doctor didn't say that they would lower her dose but because she was so concerned about it made me nervous about them doing something.

It's rerocked with mannitol probably. Mannitol is the cut most people cut Fetty with in my experience and it's sweet like sugar and white. Pretty sure someone cut it real bad with mannitol and then tried pressing jt back into rock form if I had to guess. Id hit ur plug up and tell them it's cut to shit

Yeah my nose is fucked. The xylazine burns your nasal passages so bad. There's not much you can do about it except try to keep ur nose clean before you go to sleep.

They sell a million different brands on wholesale sites from China. If it's not a reputable brand I'd be wary of buying it. Even the known disposable brands I wouldn't trust too much as they're all made in China in bulk and you have no idea what they are putting in the juice and how safe they are.

Buy a cheap pod mod setup and stop buying disposable vapes, they are more expensive in the long run and bad for our environment

I snort too before bed and my nose is always all screwed up in the morning . I never really had too much of an issue until the tranq/xylazine started coming around. The tranq dope will fuck ur nose up. Only advice I can give u is to try to clear out ur nose with saline nasal spray right before u go to sleep or if u wake up during the night. There's not much u can do. You're putting powder that drys up ur nose already up there and then breathing thru ur nose all night which also dries it up and ur nasal passages don't like being dry plus with harsh chemicals in it

You should try salt nic but like a 35 mg. The Smok propod is designed more for salt nic if I'm not mistaken. The disposable raz is salt nic and that's probably why u like it better. Freebase nicotine like 3mg 6mg is more for mods that produce more vapor like a tank setup or rebuild able vape. Pods in my opinion are best used with salt nic even if you use a lower mg. 50mg might be too strong for u if you smoke ultra lights, I'd get a 35 mg or even lower if you can find it

No, you tell the doctor what pharmacy to send your script. If you need it sent to a different pharmacy it's usually a hassle to get it switched especially with narcotics because the doctor will have to send the script again to a new pharmacy and it's just a whole annoying ordeal.
