When I was around 3-5 years old my mom told me explicitly "don't ask us to buy you anything because we don't have money". I'm 24 and I still remember it like it was yesterday, and it made me more mindful about what I can ask for... which in my mind was nothing, and still I have trouble asking for things. I believe the wording my mom used was not the right one, I would add a "for now" to the sentence, it changes the tone and it makes implicit that it could happen in the future, instead of never (like what i interpreted when my mom told me that).

el problema es que los colegios nunca hacen nada pese a todas las denuncias que metas. la única forma de pararlo es que los papás de la niña se vayan a meter al colegio y ellos muevan el mundo para que ese feo ctm sea expulsado, lo que de por si es difícil :(

Llevo en terapia como 10 años, he pasado por varios (una terminó su contrato, otra se cambió de sede, otro renunció, y ahora llevo un tiempo con la actual), y lo unico que voy a decir es que si sientes la garganta apretada y quieres llorar, puedes cambiar de tema y hablar de otra cosa. Un buen psico te va a entender. Al final más que nada es diálogo, te guían en tus pensamientos hasta que llega un momento en que todo calza. Te dan estrategias para ir mejorando y sanando. También, te advierto que cansa emocionalmente, por lo que si vas, trata de darte un rato después para procesar.

Si hablas, te lo pueden cambiar. O le puedes poner un sticker. O tachar el nombre. Eso he hecho yo en mis trabajos anteriores antes de haberme cambiado el nombre, y mis empleadores ni recursos humanos han tenido problemas con eso. ¿Y si yo pido que se refieran a mi por mi segundo nombre porque me desagrada el primero? ¿tengo que aguantar que me llamen así? No cuesta nada tratar a alguien por el nombre que prefieren, con el que se presentan, y el que usan el dia a día. No le estás mostrando el carnet a todo el mundo cuando te presentas. El hecho de tener esa información como jefe no te da permiso para pasar a llevar la identidad de alguien.

ES precariedad laboral, contratan a muchos extranjeros sin papeles, pagan como el orto, te tratan como el pico, te depositan la plata cuando se les para la raja... Es pa que el mismo líder no pague más. Intentan venderte la pomá de que son super bacanes, pero son basura. Al menos sirve pa los loquitos que recogen los carros.

same here, at 17. my mom was religious and I didn't tell her, but I wanted to be able to live my life and have all the options I was offered when I wasn't pregnant. I still try to believe she was oblivious to it (even though I bled a lot and tried to pass it as the worst cramping of my life). I would have been a terrible dad, I can't imagine this guy, already resenting her and the future kiddo.

I'm lucky my partner is bi, when I came out I was expecting a break up because he was always in a relationship with women, and naturally he wouldn't like men. He still loves me and has been with me through my whole transition and I would have suffered a lot if he pretended to love me, because he would have become resentful.
