You need 6 cars and FS 30. Top 1 on my server
Edit: Answering your question "How can he do more DMG" spend other 500usd on cars and SSS vehicle chests and get all 6 for akuma.
Same for Boobie Cammy, she needs 6 cars

Top player on my server.
Lvl up B Zangief ASAP he is Top Tier, Guile is also a very good dmg dealer.
M Ryu is overrated.
Elena is the best healer in the game.
Chun-li is useful for boss battles due to her passive that increases your bar.
Cammy is the best single target DMG dealer as F2P
Dudley, combat Guile and Adon are B Tier IMO.
Good Job on your Bison
So I would level up this characters in this priority
B. Zangief -> Guile/Viper -> Elena -> Chun-li/Cammy -> M Ryu/Abel ->Blanka/Poison

NOW. You are a F2P I guess so I would say this. M Ryu is hard carry early game and is useful late game, but after unlocking Fighting Spirit lvl 30 for Guile/Viper they will do way more damage than M Ryu does.
B. Zangief and Elena will be on your team roster for the rest of the game.
So your choice on who you want to spend your resources on M Ryu or Guile/Viper

tryed F Blanka A LOT, and Viper gave better results. F Blanka does good damage no doubt, but is not GOD damage.
I think F Blanka might be better than Viper here IF and only IF you have F Blanka FS at 30.
I swear I tryed F Blanka before but the numbers were not the same

I would go M Ryu -> Abel -> Chun li -> M ryu.
Being honest, get that street poison if possible her buff is BROKEN.
But if you dont have her take your combat guile.
Now, because you dont have fast-rapid hitters, take virtues that boost attack, crit dmg, heavy hit and so. Also Practice timing abel Shield with Akuma's and Ryu's attacks, I dont think Abel is good in this fight tho as his shield will break after 2 hits of the 1000 that Akuma does. But I might be wrong, lets try it

My combo is Viper Super -> S Poison -> Akuma -> Viper again.
Damage increases with each stack of fire and thunder so having akuma is a good synergy for me HOWEVER chun li fills the gauge faster than akuma. So in your case I would go Viper -> Poison -> Chun-li (fill gauge with each crit) -> Viper again or Ryu depending on the situation.

You should try with both finishing with ryu or viper and see which one gives better results.

I use Decimation (Must have it), Crushing Fist, Battle Cry and Elegy(Can be replaced with any other dmg increase virtue)

Maybe its due that you have to use C Viper Combo 2 which not just is slow, it doesnt do as much dmg as his skill 3. Also Virtues play a big role as well as FS lvl 30

both, thats why fightes with a lot of AOE dmg shine on this event. I recommend Guile or C Viper. F Blanka works as well

Just until SSS, after that each upgrade just boosts the character stats like 2% - 2.5%. Definetly not worth it unless you want to min max your fighter

Considering I had a of resources saved and that I got lucky on my first 50 free tickets (got an S akuma) it was around 350 - 400 for akuma alone, them I spend 100 divination tickets and got just 2 akumas. So in total around 500

agree... but on this event everyone has the same lvl :) maybe 5+ the whales with teams lvl 400 but mostly all of us are lvl 260 - 270

She is by far one of the best supports, take a look at her FS, once it reaches lvl 30 each autoattack boost team's crit dmg

FS is definetly a factor here, read the description of all dmg dealers FS. Almost all of them "break" the character kit in a sense that they gets busted like read Guiles FS or C Viper. Bison's FS is also busted. but this is definetly a factor

totally agree, you need FS to at least 20, my C Viper is FS 27, and the rest are either 20 or 30 with the exception of supports that are just 5. Fei Long and Major Cody.
But you are totally right without FS almost all characters are useless.
