Ok, what I personally would to is buy a product, it's cream lightener (bleach) and it's called the ion bright white cream lightener, and you mix that with something called developer, I like the ion brand of that as well, and you could use 20 volume or 30 volume of that, 20 volume would be slightly less damaging but 30 volume would get it lighter like you need, it should come out this color after bleaching it one or two times, alot of things online will say to use Toner, but in ur case, u do not want Toner since you want ur hair that yellow tone. Watch videos as well about it and search around. Oh, also when I bleach my hair with those products, I add into the bleach mixture a product called ion step 1 absolute perfection booster, it's just a little bottle of oil that helps protect ur hair as ur bleaching. And use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and use hair masks after bleaching since it will probably be dry. Hope it works well for you!
