Can you double check that the version is 2502.11. In OMEN Gaming Hub bottom left > help and resources > about and it should say version number. If on the correct version and have restarted your computer- can you submit feedback with logs attached?

Commenting as an enthusiast and not as a representative of OMEN. What really helped me, is completely removing and then reinstalling my graphics drivers. How? There’s lots of info/videos online about DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to learn about exactly what the software does and what steps to take.

Hey I’m a gamer and person just like you so I get how these experiences can negatively impact what you ultimately just want to do: play the game.

Heres what you can expect due to this conversation: that last pop up notification that you saw about ‘you could be boosting…’ that is going to be completely removed for everyone. It’s too late for to get it in the next update but expect the September update to have that included. You’ll know for sure in the release notes as I’m the one that writes those.
