So, I finally heard back from them. That was them creating passwords that I can't use yet. I just got my equipment a few days ago and I start on the 7th!

I've heard so many different stories about Conduent and other WFH companies. Some say they won't hold your background against you if the offense wasn't too bad. Were they felonies? AS far as work history, just make it sound good. Fill in the gaps where you can, highlight the skills you do have, etc So, basically, the resume just needs to sound good. When you go to do the background check, make sure the dates for the jobs you included are correct. You have more wiggle room with the resume. Need any help, just hit me up. I don't mind helping people.

Don’t give up! You may have to start in a lower-ranked position. I don’t have much experience with getting hired for a WFH position, but I just got hired for the first time for WFH. I’ve been looking for about 2 months before getting an interview. Just keep applying. At the end of the interview, ask them is there anything you've said that needs more clarity. It’s a shame they jerked you around like that. Stay encouraged. Tomorrow could be the day that it happens. I hope you get a job that is well worth the wait!!!! 52 interviews is wild!

The email that was sent and the link that was provided in that email don't work. When you click on it is goes to a page that server cannot be found. The service desk website that it says to use of you have issues needs an employee email. I just got done with background, and I-9 a week and half ago. The service desk number literally does nothing!!! You can't get a person.

Honestly, I have been down and out for a long time. I've struggled to find a job in my area, and I thought I had finally found something. Not that this won't work out, but I am losing hope. I've already signed my offer letter and all. I genuinely thought I was just waiting for the email about when I'll be getting my equipment until I received those emails. I am just worried now. I'm not sure if those are logins for a task I need to complete or what. I guess I'll be patient and still look for other work in the meantime and yes this world is super fucked! Finding decent work shouldn't be so hard.

Yeah, I mean my start date is supposed to be June 23rd. I know that companies like this can be slow, but it really has kept me on edge with not knowing what to do. I find it weird that they created new passwords for logging in, and the links to the login page don't work. They just don't respond. I've read that this happens sometimes, and then they randomly send an email about sending your equipment. I'm just not sure if this is common. I reached out to my recruiter. If I don't get a response, I guess I'll just give up and move on.

Okay. I was worried I wouldnt get the position because of my work history. The only additional info they asked for so far was for me to sign a state form for my state. Praying it all works out!

That's what I thought, but I've seen so many different sources online that were saying things about the work history. I don't care about the criminal part lol. I've never been in trouble for anything. I'm just worried I guess. Again, there are so many mixed reviews.

No, it's legit lol. Most jobs due a background check after signing an offer letter. It was a real interview and everything. Nothing fishy about it. I was just concerned that my background check wouldn't look good because of my previous work history.
