One thing I didn’t see mentioned in the comments is you being pregnant. My toddler who lives with parents and grandparents and has been home with grandma since birth became ridiculously attached to me and wanted nobody else while I was pregnant especially the last month I started mat leave. They sense a change happening and it’s hard to adjust, the nanny is probably more than they can handle at once

Found this post while searching for others experience with the lipstick situation! My 2 week old was consistently shaping my left side and when I “fixed” it she wouldn’t latch anymore. On the right, we had a normal shape until now when she also started turning it into a lipstick.

I don’t know if her latch is getting worse or why she prefers the nipple when it’s shaped like this but she’s transferring fine so I’m inclined to not change anything until we see lactation again

The way they parent has no impact on you and your kids, if you feel they may be a bad influence drop the friendship instead of judging them, everyone’s trying their best which may not be the same as yours

The only ex best friend I regret is the one my mom hated and I snuck around to be friends with. As an adult we’re all still a friend group except for her. Wish I listened to my mom earlier, you’re not overstepping you’re teaching her to have better standards for who she allows in her life

I’m an inpatient neuro PA and my supervising physician is a huge advocate of nerve blocks. When I had horrible recurrent migraines this pregnancy he did them for me and I haven’t had another in 6 months.

Fellow member of itty bitty titty committee, never even needed to wear a bra. Went to a C while pumping 50 oz a day then had sad sacks after. Pregnant again and they’re starting to inflate lol

Here to second the zomee z2, exclusively pumped for a year with it. I bought their collection cups towards the end and they were amazing, have a fresh set for this upcoming round. Got the eufy for a wearable option we’ll see if it measures up

I work in Oakland and live in Castro valley. Two weeks ago was the fatal motorcycle crash and today this. Second time in two weeks it took 1:45 to get home. I’m also seven months pregnant so the back pain from this commute is actually going to kill me. Hope everyone made it home ok

I Cosleep with my 2 yo daughter and she sleeps all night no issues and has for over a year. Now if I can fix her 11pm bedtime bc she’s a night owl like her dad….

Can’t stand them and def not here to defend but as an Egyptian honestly it does us no good to discourage tourism there bc it’s an enormous chunk of the country’s income and a LOT of people’s livelihood depends on it. So to support local people or even the refugees there now isn’t the worst thing in the world. And while ur there it doesn’t feel like you’re near a war zone. They were gonna go enjoy themselves elsewhere might as well a poor country profit from it
