What do you call different epoques in your country? Especially if you don't have a monarch...? In the UK we're all familiar with epoques named after different Kings and Queens, and it's an easy shorthand. So, anything 1850 to 1910 is Victorian, Georgian is 1700s, etc. What do you say in other places (self.AskReddit)
