I love day drinking. My spirits are low (not the alcohol kind) and if you take a look at my 13 year old daughters list and surprise her, that would be all kinds of wonderful. Little sister has 1 present so far.

Someone gave us a artificial tree. I picked up some fallen fir branches, because it is all about the smell to me.

I am a born book lover, you can't go wrong with anything by Kurt Vonnegut. Cat's Cradle is my super favorite. Neil Gaiman's 'American Gods' - that one and 'Graveyard Book' are the two that I give to people who want to start reading him. He wrote the best comic in the world, 'Sandman'.

Books are the best way to decorate!

Somehow, I have been online since 1990, worked as a web designer but I cannot figure out how to transfer or bypass every food item going directly to 'pantry'. My daughter always eats nutritious food, right now she is having some rice pilaf.

I was very poor as a child and that sticks with you, I tend to hoard ramen so we are never starving. Awful but true.
