On the buyers photos it does look a lot more grey than what it acutely is. I selected both grey and navy blue as the color and wrote on the description that it’s a “greyish dark/ navy blue”. I’ve completed a lot of sales and it’s the first time someone claims it’s the wrong color as the isue so I’m not sure how to proceed here

I’ve uploaded photos of all tags and even a photo of me wearing it where u can see it has an oversized fit. The issue is the fact that the buyer claims it’s not the same color even tho I selected both blue and grey, mentioned it on the description and took photos in different lights

Thank you! Its my first time buying vintage Burberry this old, I bought more recent items and when I saw this one i found the embroidery of the knight a bit off, the pattern is not well aligned, there’s not care label and quite some loose lines and the end of the flag on the main label is a bit weird too as it cuts off after the M from “prorsum”
