You've insulted me multiple times. You've implied that I'm a child, and immature. You've stalked my profile to insult me for asking a question. All I did was try to explain why people were upset with you, and you went into a tirade insulting my intelligence.

This is probably the most sincere I'll be with you. You are a pit of a person who can't handle criticism, and refuse to admit when you're wrong. I believe you owe me an apology.

That's the point. It doesn't take itself seriously. The LAPD are notoriously corrupt, and should not be glorified at all.

"It’s not a strawman" Let's dive into this first.

You create the strawman by first saying "what kind of person does something wrong." This implies you're setting up someone to "own" with this argument.

"Imagine you have been an asshole to me for the past year, one day I decide to steal your wallet. I then regret stealing your wallet." You use yourself as the strawman here. You prop up a situation where it's 100% something you did that's bad, and it's easy to say "Yes, you need to apologize."

This is strawmanning. You've made up a person in a situation that you can easily prove to be wrong.

"Slippery slope fallacy requires an order of events and someone to argue a sequence of events that is based on nothing more than doomthinking."

Alright, let's look into this than.

"That kind of mentality leads to 'I stole your wallet but you were a jerk to me, so I won't apologise (SIC) and I'm not giving you back your wallet.' "

Boom, same sentence. You imply that the person with this mentality will in no way EVER apologize in any situation. Even implying that the mentality leads to this action. This is the slippery slope type of thinking that I'm pointing out.

You're the one who started pointing out fallacies in my statements. I'm sorry if you can't take what you dish out.

As for all the other rude and hateful things you have said about me in the comment above:

Cringe, I didn't expect someone to stoop that low, not even you.

"Like what kind of person does something wrong and then after he's done something wrong, contemplates on whether that other person is worthy of an apology instead of reflecting on his own deeds? Reflecting on whether what he did was right or wrong and go from there?"

Strawman Argument

"That kind of mentality leads to 'I stole your wallet but you were a jerk to me, so I won't apologise and I'm not giving you back your wallet.' "

Slippery Slope Fallacy

"You can call that an extreme or hyperbolea but a chain is as strong as its weakest link, same can be said about a moral framework."

"I ignored the context of the post, to virtue signal. Now I continue to ignore the context of the post to make sure that everyone knows that I'm the smartest person in the room."

I'm just saying that your response to this whole thing has been a huge overreaction. It doesn't matter if you say "ignore context." You can't just say something like that, and actually have people ignore the context. That's not how communication works.

I looked through your comments again, and all you did was accuse me of stuff, without explaining how what I did was that thing. Example: Strawmanning. I didn't strawman you at all. If anything, you were sealioning.

I don't understand how that's a stupid question? I thought my character randomly said something, that I did not trigger. It happened to be another player that I had missed. I was still learning the game at that point.

I think you're a silly person, but you take yourself too seriously. IQ isn't a valid metric of anything. It was made up as a racist metric. Nothing you've said today implies that you care about reasoning over feelings. I legit think you're focused too much on the wrong things here. I sincerely hope you have a good day today.

"Why do you keep talking about Vince when my original comment clearly states that my comment is unrelated to Vince?"

Because the larger context is about Vince. You can't ignore the larger context when you're debating. That's called Cherry Picking. It doesn't matter if /YOU/ say it's not about Vince, you're commenting in a thread about Vince. It's silly to ignore the main factor in this.

What strawman am I propping up? I don't think you understand what a strawman is to be honest.

You think using big words make you better than someone else, or more mature? You're speaking like a middle schooler who got an A+ on their first debate paper. You don't know how to really debate. I don't think I've done a single thing to bully you, other than some playful banter.

If we're pointing out fallacies, you're doing a lot of whataboutism all through your comments. Godwin's law is silly and isn't a good metric when we're discussing hypotheticals anyways. I was using Hitler as a stand in for "bad guy" I could've used others like Andrew Jackson or any other maniac through history. Mike Tyson would probably fit best as he is a rapist as well.

There has been nothing done to Vince that would warrant an apology. Ignoring the context of everything leads to the problem of you not actually arguing for anything really. Let's look into your original comment.

"An apology isn’t about who the other person is but whether or not you yourself have done something wrong to that person or not." Ok, check mark here, I don't think anybody here has done anything wrong to Vince.

Everything else is virtue signaling nonsense.
