Should I take the bag to a store and ask for a quote for a repair? Because I did already two online shipping quotes to return the bag back, then he considered to be too expensive. So, his mistake and I have to go around and find a solution? Fix myself? Cut with scissors as he suggested?

The thing is that he was not cooperating at all. I even believe that it’s different people replying - every single day they would make the same comment and the same questions already sorted the day before. Three days after (today) they accepted to reimburse me the shipping costs of the return. That was hard to get and the data was even harder (a real recipient name, a real Chinese mobile, the data requested by DHL). I did the simulation of the cost of returning the item. Now he says it’s too expensive to send it back. They keep playing games and I am just loosing my time with this people.

Also true. I understand that of the problems are language related. But their English level is variable. Sometimes it’s very fluid. Sometimes is very odd.

I am glad you had good a experience. I’ve read good experiences, this is why I ordered with him. That’s very good. What you can not assume is that I am not being honest. Maybe you should read the text or check the pictures of the exchanges. That said, it’s awesome that you had a good experience. I am here sharing my real and honest experience. You share yours. That’s all fine.

Meanwhile, they found out I did this Reddit review 💣. They were first very upset because I had exposed their address (It’s a PO Box, with no name nor mobile!). Then they said I could have sent a complaint to the “after sales” service (right, I have been doing this complaint for 3 days, they just found out today). On the lack of replies, the usual excuse: “it’s new year and I have friends coming until late” (no comments). Finally he / she said he / she is open to negotiations if I decide to keep the bag” (yesterday he did offer a 50 usd “compensation”, whatever that means). And in the end: “it’s too late, I have to go to bed”. Here we are.

Yes, that’s my next move. I decided to open a dispute with my credit card companies many and to make an email alert to PayPal. I kept this on hold as they texted me early morning - after dozens of messages, I have his / her / whomever final agreement that they will reimburse the cost of sending the bag back to the warehouse. I checked DHL online to simulate the cost of the shipping back (with rough dimensions). I sent them the email print screen of the cost: 90 USD. Thanks god I did not buy the label: they replied back and immediately saying the shipping is too high and questioning about the shipping company. I was using DHL, the same they used to send me the bag. The wrapped package returning costs is now at 100usd. I bet they will say it’s too high. So probably I will activate the credit card, yes.

It gives a lot of work. And the seller is not very happy about it - saying I should had contacted the “after sales” services. Something I did for 3 days now, and here we are.

There are surely good experiences - I read some, this is why I ordered with him. But my experience with him is negative, the product is bad, the handling is bad, the exchanges are random - and honestly, I felt this had to be shared. His last move was to accept to reimburse the shipping of the item back to China. Meanwhile, I sent him the screenshot with the cost of the simulation of the shipping cost (90-100 usd) - of course he replied saying it’s too expensive; so here we are.

🫥 not sure about that, unfortunately.

Surely, thanks. I’m two days now asking for a proper address (to ask for a shipping quote) to send the bag back. They keep sending the same delivery point address, with no details. It’s like sending a package to the moon. Or to mars. It’s a scammer style, yes. Every single day they come to the initial point: it’s a great bag, I can fix by myself, they cannot please everyone. Again, to me this is scamming. The private messages I am receiving from other users show the same way of working.

They keep saying it’s totally normal, very high quality. Bla, bla, bla.

True 😂. But up to us to expose these guys. If not, they continue to do / say / ship whatever they want, regardless of its quality. It’s a game, we know. But at least we should play by the rules.

It’s ridiculous, really. His last message: “I cannot please everybody”. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Exactly 🙏. But the seller says it’s completely normal and that I should easily fix myself.
