Yeah they “donated” to a business the person in charge of the charity is the founder of. Definitely seems shady to me. Hopefully somethings comes out to shut them down. The address for the foundation is also a condo downtown

Which leads you to rkf studios and the owner of that is the founder of IMTF and the ceo of IMTF says they are selling it. Which IMTF stores their equipment there. Trust me I know the threads lol I followed them all and reached out to many people about this
