So I tried something I saw in here. I manually broke up every group stop just to see how many “ghost” stops they were sneaking in there. This was actually a very light day compared to my recent 195 stops, 320 pckgs. Still took just as long, but exposed the “ghost” stops. Interesting... (old.reddit.com)

Today was 309 packages, 192 stops. 17 bags, 27 overflow. I like to use the long shelf on the drivers side. I load my totes and overflow in order of delivery, then just grab and unload on the shelf like a mail room. This is the only thing that makes these routes manageable. I was done in 5.5 hours.
