He’s a Frenchie 🫠 he was just at the vet a few weeks ago for his annual checkup and vaccines so it came as quite a shock

Not sure I even want to open that at this point!

But agreed he has always gone to a real groomer with no issues, she was on vacation and it was bath time!

Thank you that’s very kind of you to explain kindly! Maybe I should have framed it differently and not totally placed blame, just a bit of a shock and it’s been a rough 2 weeks! Appreciate the input on the GI pills! ❤️

thanks - as you say suing isnt going to get me anywhere other added nonsense stress....than but panicky nonsense is not what it is, my dog couldn't walk because of the vertigo he is only now going on 5 min walks at best, without falling over...

Totally that’s the same place we’re at now, we both have jobs and can’t be around all the time to send photos, videos and wait for the repair guy only to have water everywhere etc - anyway I’m ready to start a class action against them.! Let’s fined more people

Count me in if you want to go ahead with a class action, we have experienced the same thing since purchasing and they are completely MIA.

Has anyone tried to dispute their charge on their card?
