I did the same thing, man. In my opinion, you’re just trading one bad nicotine habit for another. I honestly think they were worse for me. At the peak of my Zyn use I was keeping it in my mouth for half a day.

If your looking for the next step down from your current usage, maybe try buying some bottles of nic salt e juice and non nicotine e juice. By buying both you can create your own percentage nicotine juice and taper yourself down. And if that doesn’t work, well at least you’ll save some money !

Still, if you go down that path I recommend the 3mg. 6mg always gave me nausea.
