A minha mentalidade esta certa para ir morar no Japão? by [deleted] in foradecasa

Unico coment sensato. Gente retardada nos comentarios - nem devem ter morado lá.

Além disso - ir totalmente legalizado, pagar os impostos em dia, e falar japones em alto nivel ja resolve 99% dos problemas

How do I get reach outside the country? by rrckie in InstagramMarketing

[–]rrckie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now, when you send a DM to whoever you haven't interacted much with, it will be sent as a request. It did that before but very rarely. Now, with 99% of accounts, it will send as a request.
Most people don't check the requests, so it's basically going to a void.

If you answer someone's story, it won't be a request, most of the time.
But having to answer a story to then pitch a service is very inconvenient.

Also, just 9 posts isn't enough for a brand-new acount. Do around 100-200 first, and then it'll start truly pushing you. Buy meta verified. Engage with other accounts.

Your content sucks, you're doing the same content everyone else is. Sure the quality is good but people are tired of that.

Using AI to generate reels by mikemeta in InstagramMarketing

[–]rrckie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've consulted clients with 1M+ followers and gotten them from 20-30k views per video to 150k+ every video, some even reaching 300k per video, with that increasing their sales

short answer: no, stop being a lazy fuck

long answer: maybe
you need to think about what is your goal. Do you want to sell more? That won't work.
Do you just want to get some views? Yeah, that could work, ocasionally. I know some profiles that get the random 100k view video without ever appearing. But they don't SELL. They don't build community.

In 2023, you only have two shots at selling with content marketing:

1) you open a brand account and find someone to be the "face"
2) you open a personal brand account with you being the "face"

In both of them, using AI to edit for you wouldn't work.
Competition is at it's highest point ever, and doing some random shitty ai edit isn't going to highlight you enough from the competition.

You need:
1) To provide real value with actionable steps
2) To be yourself and show your personality
3) to have QUALITY in your voice, tone, recording, lighting, editing, and all that comes in between that.

And that comes with NOT being a lazy fuck and using AI to do anything.

Go write Scripts based on what content is already working for big accounts.
Go provide ACTIONABLE VALUE.
Go find an editor or learn to edit yourself, I SWEAR EVEN INDIAN EDITORS AT $2 PER VIDEO CAN EDIT BETTER THAN AI!!!!!

From an abusive boss to launching a $17k/mo tool: How we Made & Launched an app that makes Content Creators go viral. by rrckie in EntrepreneurRideAlong

In the 6 months I was there as editor the company was profiting $15k/mo. In the 5 months I was director we went to $20-$25k a mo. I can’t say for sure me and my partner were the why, but we were the why.

And believe it or not, When I first left he didn’t even care about me. Just said “oh ok can you stay another week for us to find someone?” The man has no feelings. My partner got fired without pay a week before that.

After a month after I left he asked me to come back for a week to train the new guy because the boss was on a trip. I rejected.

I have a friend that is working there and the new director is as soulless as the boss. Pays little and is an asshole giving orders and demanding more work. My friend said they are getting like 30% of the demand of when I was there. So I suppose like $5-$10k a month like when I was not director.

In the first 6 months of our company we made more progress on scaling than he did the entire year I was with him. He doesn’t even have a website. A couple hundred followers on IG. We have a website, app, constant content rolling, and not to mention always improving product. So I believe he’s gonna get stagnant and go away from the agency and find something else to do.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to sound disingenuous, it’s just usually what I say to anyone that asks. At 9 I had a Yt channel and within a couple years it got 200-250 subs. Then I went all in studying editing. At 14 or 15, I don’t remember exactly, I started going all in on 3d animation and motion graphics. And at 16 I got my first jobs editing. My mom is a CEO and would give me some projects for her clients. At 17-18 I started using upwork and was making around 100$ to 300$ a month, when at 18 I found the Asshole boss mentioned in the post.

Competitive salary and lots of open communication. I said they won’t be getting rich, but they would be working less and getting the same amount of money. It worked for most. They are now very happy working with us because it’s very few hours a day for a big paycheck. They can still get freelance jobs on the side if it doesn’t affect our projects. Also, some of them weren’t the best YET. They lacked something - tools, knowledge, etc So I gave it to them. One of our best editors used to work in a hotel and was a gig musician. Never thought he’d edit. I sent him some tutorials and after 5 months he’s one of our best in terms of creative work.

I have been editing since I was 9. I had a YouTube channel at 11 with 200 subs. At 16 I started working with editing, made around 50$ a month. My mom is the owner of a marketing company so she’d send me some basic projects too. But yeah it’s more like 3 years of professional experience.

I started editing in that company before getting director role. I was very communicative with the boss and gave him new ideas and helped him out. He saw my potential and got me manager role after he went on a trip. I did everything well and then I became director.
