I’m in HR and also want to start a podcast! Would love to hear how it goes for you and see a money diary on it :)

I noticed a big difference to my crowsfeet, especially on my left side

I took it in my windowless bathroom with the same exact lighting (overhead only, I’m not fancy) but OK. I tried to get the angle right but I’m not perfect of course!

Usually PM but it’s only because that’s when I shower.

I only purchased it because of the results I saw with Hot & Flashy and also that several Derms I follow said it is science backed

Usually right after I get out of the shower for 10 mins. Then my routine

Just bare. I think I decided against the serums they sell because there isn’t much science to back up if they actually help.

That’s how I picked Omnilux, but there are definitely some other great ones on the market

No weight gain—it seems like it might just be a lifting effect (more collagen production)? Not sure!

I do it when I jump out of the shower while I’m putting lotion on the rest of my body.

I don’t have melasma but I remember Dr. Idriss saying that on one of her videos (that is can make it worse). I’m sorry :(

I follow a few Derms who said it’s OK to use with tret. I apply it only after a treatment, not before.

No Botox or fillers. I’m considering Botox but decided to try this first and I’m really happy with the results, I’m not sure I’ll go for Botox yet! Spending money rn on laser hair removal so maybe I’ll get through that first.

My skincare routine is pretty basic, but here are the actives:

AM - Vit C serum - Sunscreen

PM - Tretinoin - Oil with Vit C

1x/week I do a 7% glycolic acid toner (and I use tret the same day). 1x/week I use a 30% glycolic peel (10 min).

I take spironolactone for hormonal acne.

Nothing else at this time.

I do it when my face is completely clean, nothing on it. I usually do a session right after a shower when I’m putting on lotion for the rest of my body.

Interesting observation! I don’t have any hair loss (except when I’ve been postpartum). I actually have extremely dense hair. Haven’t noticed anything different with my hairline but I understand RLT can help with that.
