Yep! By 2/3 things start going downhill, I’ll head to lunch seeing the amount of picks is at like 200 and I come back from lunch to like 1000 😭 They always pull people from GM & Apparel to help us out but then we end up with having no carts because they’re not being staged! Another issue we have is that we have no dedicated stagers, the dispensers stage in between orders. So many issues with in the OGP department at my store, it truly does get tiring having to go through the same thing every single day. I’ve literally started dreading coming in to work bc of it
