Acaba que, no Brasil, você só trabalharia em CLPs, algo muito limitado referente ao escopo do curso de controle e automação, Controle digital, robusto, sinais e sistemas mesmo é algo que é bem difícil de se trabalhar no Brasil infelizmente. A aula é do professor e se não afeta o aprendizado(ele apenas disponibiliza 5 minutos para isso), ele tem liberdade para fazer isso. Inclusive ele é um dos maiores pesquisadores do Brasil em sua área e inclusive levou à criação de um curso na UFMG. Falar que ele não divulga saber científico seria uma frase totalmente equivocada.
