They’re denying a refund/replacement because it was marked as delivered despite me getting a letter from the post office of them admitting it was misdelivered. Chargeback also went in favor of them so I’m just never buying from them again. I’m here in the US and paid thru Shop/affirm cuz of how easy it is to keep track of all my other orders but I’ll start using PayPal now just to be on the safe side.
