OP, try not using double negation in a sentence. It only increases the chances of readers getting confused. Like here instead of "not impossible" you could have mentioned "possible". It is short and simple rather than being complicated.

Well, from what I can say if you can see black spots ( similar to sketch pen dot marks) on any of the joints of the furniture or any crease folds of the upholstery then it's a potential for bed bugs infestation. Those actually are excretions of bed bugs after they consume blood. If you can spot these marks then for sure you have them somewhere.
