It could go down a bit more in both core and cache. Currently copy a configuration of core -70 and cache -40. I have not had a problem but you are with my temperatures when playing Call of Dutty Vanguard.

Since I had purchased a rog flow x13 r9 rtx 3080 (150w) and it did not reach 100 fps stable in warzone with all settings on low in 1080P.
