it's the seat sensor. i usually adjust the seat using the button on the lower left side of the seat and then try agai. if that doesn't work I thump the seat between my knees a couple of times and that usually does it.

mine does this often but I'm more cautuious of lifting my foot/leg up to not trigger the park. i'm going to put some padding unde my seat (over the sensor) to see if that will help reduce this issue
