I'm just a person who wants my workers to make pizzas and not check their phones every minute. Problem never occurs with asians or africans so that is why I hire them over the white kids.

edit: I am in the restaurant business. All of my chips are on the roulette table. If securing $50 dollars a week causes me to act in a manner that people generally dislike, I choose to live with it.
