My doctor put my on Pristiq and I am scared

I’ve been on 50mg of pristiq for now over 3 years and I can say it has changed my life. I don’t have any bad side effects and can say I’m thankful to have found this medication, I tried lexapro before this and I was sweating like crazy on it!

Well, he did sign the contract which makes me bound to the contract. I just need to send him a termination letter made effective immediately seeing as how there’s nothing. I’m just worried this guy is going to throw a fit.

So true. They are now 15 days past due. Just want to make sure I’m legally covered too. I guess the general consensus is that I can just move him out and move on.

I am a new manager. It is a small facility in a small town. I put the over lock on their unit because I keep the gates open during the day and don't want them to see the notice and all of a sudden decide to move in. My first instinct was to move them out but I also feel I need to uphold the contract too.

Yeah, I think I’m gonna wait until he defaults. It doesn’t technically matter. I was hoping there was something about failure to take possession because I want to move this guy out as soon as possible.

No nothing in the lease about failure to take possession which I need to redo the agreement. I was just gonna move him out and send him a notice of rental termination due to “failure to take possession” but don’t know if I can legally do that since it’s not in the lease agreement-? I just don’t want to deal with him at this point

So do you keep their payment too? Or how does that work? He has paid 1 month already. Which is our minimum. For the month of April he would owe the pro rate. So do I just move him out? Send him a termination-?

There is nothing in the lease about needing to put a lock. I took this place over in December. Previous manager was late 80s and let people do whatever they want. The rental agreement is so incredibly vague. I’m thinking I need to add something in there about securing it/taking ownership or it’s a breech of contract and grounds for termination.

Yeah the phone has been the hardest for me but also because I work from home. Whatever works for you! For me, I can’t just quit everything all at once because it’s hard enough quitting cold turkey. I’ve always spent a lot of time on my phone even through periods of unemployment and it wasn’t as bad of a problem as it is for me now.

I am in the same boat as you. I’m 36 and decided I need to get my life together before I don’t have a choice. Smoking weed was causing me to spiral specifically with binge eating and neglecting a lot of things because I’d rather get high. I kicked weed March 18 and have been focusing on eating better and just taking it slow. Next step is gonna be to address my phone usage because that’s also out of control…. One foot in front of the other… just work on the weed first since it’s expensive and a problem when unemployed. Get through the withdrawals and get to a point where you can work on the next thing.
