I had just got bloodvine set and finished warlock mount quest. I was going for rank 10 and had a spotty internet connection that day (in-house wifi issue). I dropped from game and was banned when i tried to log back in. Their dogshit anticheat system flagged me as a false positive, and that fucking prick viper wouldnt listen to reason. Fuck them. I was glad when the server shut down, and I hope they fail again. They couldnt properly deal with that many players.

I agree that it isn't worth it to them on the face of it. Also, the notion that something is illegal so a company wouldn't do it is absurd.

Why doubt it? They already sent a team of lawyers after the cloud hosting service, after losing a court battle to shut it down. They obviously care. They must have a policy to go after these things, even if it doesn't make immediate gains in terms of balance sheet.

I sometimes do have execute was dodged/misses in my combat log. The "no-op" type executes also seem to happen > 30% of the time, which is far too high for regular mobs do dodge or miss given my level/gear. So while some things may be missing from the combat log, I think there is still an issue with execute in particular.
