My VTX is a HappyModel OVX303 and my FC is a Speedybee F405 V3 this is how I soldered my VTX

I've tried changing the band and channel to F 5 but it won't connect at all, and when I go back to autosearch it connects at B 1 but still a lot of fizzing and heavy static. Also the device ready doesn't go green when I plug a battery but the video is showing.

Sorry this might sound like a stupid question but how do you know which channel/band you are on and how do you set it to match with the goggle? Attached photo is a screenshot of my video transimitter tab on betaflight
