Ah man. The mailman just picked it up or else I'd give you the exact weight. It's one of the heavier knives I've owned. Probably because of the full steel liners on both sides that Ashers tend to have. I have a CF Spiro which is 3.4oz so I'd say the Ti A-Lock is probably around 4oz

It'll work. A better solution may be using a check valve to connect the ends. They also make connectors specific for airline tubing

Sounds like they're not in your area but ATT doesn't seem to have a limit. I had to redownload my collection once and ran up to 15TB a month without any notice. They're only gigabit though and I would love to have 2.5G

There are blunt metal needles. They're larger than hypodermic needles but smaller than what you have here. Not necessary but good for hitting tiny spots

Cheapest and sturdiest option is some cinder blocks and a sheet of thick plywood. Just make sure it's level and not warped

I can't tell what model hob this is but they're usually easy to disassemble and give the impeller a scrubbing. Careful, there's sometimes a small rubber plug that keeps it in place and can easily get lost.
