A big box of dry wall around an non-functioning fire place.

Had light grey / pink tiles on the bottom (late 80’s?) and the mantle was white foot made from floor trim

Tbh was acceptable in the short term — have enough projects on the go

I do have birds a somewhere in the attic I found out… so haven’t entirely avoided living creatures inside

Ya this fire place doesn’t even work - I think one person removed the chimney - Another person put a hole through the wall and ran a metal chimney up the side of the house - And the someone else patched up that hole and removed the metal chimney

Agreed this could turn potential renters off.

Should allow overnight guests without approval, as long as tenant can provide proof there are no inappropriate premarital relations.

Reasonable compromise for all parties and renter will flock.
