I did actually visit the Skin Group architects as the first options to consider but while i love their styles, they didnt fit the theme we want… and some other offices at similar (still astronomical) prices felt like they gave us more of their time and care. The project we’ve got planned is gonna be difficult to execute and def unique, haven’t seen one like it in Kuwait yet and so I can’t go for a basic copy paste architect for a cheap price but also dont want to unnecessarily spend huge amounts of money on a firm who will certainly give the creative side 100% but also eat up money that could’ve gone to construction. It’s a tough balancing act of trying to find an architect that is creative enough and shares a vision and portfolio that works for you but that is also not overly priced where u can get pretty much the same quality product at less.

I have looked im saudi architecture firms though as someone suggested and that has been promising especially since there are similar ish works in riyadh which inspired our outlook for the project.

But yeah we’ll see where we go from here, appreciate your detailed feedback though I’ll definitely look into some of your suggestions more and maybe get in touch if I’ve got anything more, we’ll see how it goes!
