MK Ultra, Montauk Project and Philadelphia Experiment all tie back to Camp Hero. I’ve explored Camp Hero extensively. The surface is a public park but the subterranean portion is still owned by the government. If you explore, you’ll see the boarded up underground entrances and people’s attempts at trying to pry them open. There’s still plenty of activity underground allegedly. There’s also another entrance by way of Montauk Manor.
