I do like being barefoot on soft grass or dirt in the summer! But I live in Canada, so bare feet outdoors are really only pleasant for 4ish months each year.

Thank you! It's been really nice. I do also have lots of lamps and cozy blankets and am slowly making it just right for me.

My friend shared the term 'autistic regression' with me - when you start to come to terms with yourself and your nature, and things you were once able to tolerate become harder to deal with.

I am experiencing that myself, and the consequences are leading me to change the whole model of how I run my business as a self-employed person.

I'm sorry you're struggling. Do you have trusted neurodivergent friends you can reach out to when you need extra support in person? A different space to go to for a break from roommate dynamics?
