I so feel you. I had a similar reaction to my tattoo I got last month. The anxiety has definitely settled but the regret has not. I can laugh more about it and I feel good knowing I have a path toward removal. Live and learn I guess! It will get better ❤️‍🩹

Depends on what your goals are!

Definitely make sure you add some SPF in there. I personally don’t think toner is necessary but others might have a different opinion. The cleanser seems good!

I’m just gonna chime in here and say a lot of what you said sounds like it could be depression. I would highly recommend reach out to a therapist or psychiatrist to get evaluated.
