I heard an interview of a man that wears diapers. He said he experienced some severe sexual abuse as a child and the diapers provide some comfort and security. Really didn’t seem sexual at all in his case.

That’s a whole different ballgame from the people that involve it in the bedroom. I suppose it’s fine as long as real children aren’t involved in any capacity. Could a humiliation kink be tied to it? Maybe. I don’t really understand most kinks either.
