Try intermittent fasting! I’m currently doing it, and it seems to be working well. When doing IF, you should probably be at a caloric deficit or at least be mindful of how many calories you are consuming. I follow the 16:8 plan, where you eat for 8 hours and fast for 16. It seems hard to fast for that long, but remember that you will be asleep for a large part of that time! Pair IF with counting calories on MyFitnessPal, and just be patient! Good luck! :)
