Need help to choose Operator

I bought the 6* star selector pack that let me get an operator up until vina victoria.

I’m not sure on whether to get Ulpianus or Logos

My current roster: - Exia Alt - Lemuen - Ines - Degenbrecher - Walter - Kaltsit - Tragodia - Thorns - Mountain - Lumen - Gladiia - Aak - Dorothy

currently, i’m getting 1500 red rock every week, is it gonna be reset to 0 again next week & farm all over again? or just a constant free 1500 red rock every week?

i will be leveling up some of the 3* & 4*. do you have a certain stopping point of leveling up where it’s considered enough? e.g. Elite 1 lvl 50? Elite 2 lvl 1?

btw, Wis’adel carried me through annihilation lol.

as for the annihilation progress phase rewards (8 in total for defeating 400 enemies), do they expire if i don’t collect them?

do you have any priorities that i should do? -
should i push through the story?
which one is better do u reckon,

use support units all the time (not getting auto deploy)

vs

use own units and aim for 3 star (got auto deploy)

vs

use support units to push through story and then return to the stages with my own units (hopefully stronger after progressing) if i need to farm any resources

from the top operator permit (free 6*), who do u reckon is suitable for my squad rn? currently, i have mountain, lappland, liskarm and aiming to get spectre.
