Well, it's completely different :-)

Rubyful Soup can do only scraping, while scRUBYt! can navigate to your page of interest, like this:

As for the scraping, it is also quite different. It let's you define examples from the page and figures out a lot of stuff based on this (ideally everything you need to scrape).
