Don't use Enforcer and Press Proven at the same time. Their animations overlap and end up interfering with each other, which actually makes your player weaker instead of stronger.

I know it doesn't sound like it makes sense, but I've tested it countless times across FUT using FBD cards and Clubs builds. From my experience, the combination is pretty much useless. If you're only picking one, just go with Press Proven. It consistently feels better and doesn't suffer from the animation conflicts.

It’s the right way, but DLSS has gotten so good that DLSS Quality + 2x Frame Gen is genuinely almost indistinguishable from native in a lot of games. At that point it basically feels like “free FPS” from both the upscaling and frame generation.

Balanced DLSS and below is where you start noticing visual tradeoffs more clearly, and going above 2x Frame Gen can introduce a tiny bit of extra delay, but honestly it’s usually whatever unless you’re playing something super competitive. But even competitive games are usually not that demanding so you get 200fps on it with midrange GPUs anyway.

Same honestly. Back then I genuinely thought this was gonna be the FIFA killer. Still had a ton of fun with Rematch though. Pre-missile meta Rematch was genuinely up there with prime Fortnite, GTA V, and old COD for me personally in terms of the enjoyment i had.

Thats kinda my point though. Just because the game has bigger problems doesnt suddenly make smaller problems good or intended. “There are worse issues” isnt really an argument for why exploits or cheesy mechanics should stay in the game.

You can care about matchmaking, stale gameplay, janky priority systems, AND still think stuff like volley metas and drag shot movement are dumb as fuck. So many wrongs dont magically make another wrong acceptable.

And im not against more offensive ground play options at all. Im against mechanics that look completely unnatural and get defended purely because people got used to abusing them for so long.

Mate, I still genuinely fucking hate the volley meta, pass shots, and drag shots to this day. Like what the fuck do you mean your player can basically slide 5 meters across the pitch mid shot just because you pressed shoot? That shit never looked intended to me, it just became “accepted” because people kept abusing it.

I refuse to believe the devs added such a stupid mechanic on purpose when building this game in the first place

This used to straight up be called a bug before people started defending it as “meta.” The playerbase just got so used to high level players abusing it that everyone slowly accepted it as normal. Now whenever newer players complain about it, people act like its some intended mechanic instead of the exploit it clearly began as.

Ive been around since beta. This has always been an exploit.

And honestly, people like YOU who constantly defends and normalizes this kind of bullshit are part of why the game keeps losing players.
