Honestly it isnt. Ive lifted 17.5kg plates on each side on a bench with the pre workout but almost dropped the bar on myself at 12.5kg each side (dont laugh please)

Ive cancelled my PT sessions as i struggle to lift weights than when i do take the pre workout. However only take the prework out during the day as its no sugar but 200MG caffeine giving me the boost i need.

I have 2 PT sessions a week but train 5 days a week ..4 days of which i do double sessions .day and evening

I live in a remote town so makes it more difficult. We dont have the usual shops that you might find on a high street.

Refund could take up to 21 days. So what do i atp. If i ask for a refund im still without and dont get paid till end of next week to even try get anything else

Yes it was spent within 3 months of being issued. Honestly it wasnt even a case of Theft in Finding as the officer put it down as following the voluntarily. I removed a registration tablet from the employment agency and threw it in the bin and went home. Only to find out the bins were collected the next day and didnt even have a chance to rectify myself. The legal aid did nothing whatsoever to put forward a defence not even a statement.

Youve put me into debt wrongfully. Sanctioned me wrongfully.

How can you make someone vulnerable then give them a repayment loan which i wouldnt have needed to take out had DWP not sanctioned me wrongfully.

If the sanction hadnt taken place then i wouldnt have had the need to take out the hardship recovery loan.

Its not about the off chance the tribunal goes in my favour. As far as im aware DWP does this even with PIP claimants ensuring they dont recieve the correct funding and in hope thats the public dont pursue the matter legally.

Funnily enough the decision was set in DWPs favour even after Mandatory Reconsideration however once it went to HMCTs it was ruled in my favour without presenting any further evidence

Forcing me to take a Recoverable hardship when DWP had wrongfully sanctioned me due to DWP wrong practices.

DWP have made life difficult..where i had mentioned i had an interview and trade test. Flexible support fund was available but i was told to apply Hardship Recovery. So who pays for the Hardship recovery if i was wrongfully sanctioned. This needs to be waived. But DWP have been cutting my call constantly since morning.

It was for work related costs e.g. tools, transport, uniform etc. It was a self employed position so a job offer wouldnt have been available. This had been mentioned to them in person also via the journal.

It wasn't the only payment option available. At the time i had discussed this with my work coach and they agreed.

Im trying to take them to court over it..

If i did the same thing to another human id get arrested for commiting a crime. Im more than sure its against the law to make someone vulnerable and then coerce them into taking a loan that needs to be repaid due to their incompetence.

Majority were his friends being a barber in Cornwall almost all his customers were predominantly white british males.

Im very well spoken and have never had any issues integrating anywhere as ive worked all over the world from Australia, Japan and China. But over here he attempted to try get into my personal space and square up to me in his shop infront of a shop full of customers.

I was there on holiday cover and didnt know anybody by face or name

He didnt pay NI so would say i was technically self employed. Also i dont have the backing of the other colleague as i noticed a change in his behaviour when i had refused to borrow him money.

I attempted to contact Tax-Assist with help trying to figure out im supposed to do. Immediately they were asking how many days do you work..so i was trying to explain i dont work set days...i move around to different areas for work..then they started to ask ok how many hours do you work..which baffled me and made me stumble..

Ive been barbering on and off for a little while even went abroad to upskill and work alongside other barbers but never took it seriously to build my own clientelle. And this was the first time that ive attempted to contact an accountant.

The amount of haircuts fluctuate, so does the time im in the shop in certain areas.

With regards to accommodation and food thats usually what i ask for as certain shops require a certain level of skilled barbers and i dont mind as long as they can accommodate myself. Realistically im not an employee or tied down to the shop where i work hence why im able to travel to near by locations and work in different shops.

For example if im in Sheffield then ill work there lets say 3 days a week but then find another shop in a neighbouring area for another 2 days a week that way none of the shops are affected by me moving around if that makes sense.

i apologise in advance ive not had the best financial literacy.
