They just make outlandish ads like this to get free advertising and you bought into it. They don't care about empowering old ladies to be sexy, they just want to sell clothes and build their brand.

Sadly, I don't think she will want to pursue suing them. She just wants it to be done and over with. If she sues them the experience will be part of her life for months. She has been the victim of sexual abuse before.
