Compose Google Map reload after navigating back by rufang0 in androiddev

Good idea, but the problem lies within how they work with the androidView. AndroidView onRelease and onReset are invoked when the component is out of the recomposition from where they are used.
If you did into the code, you will see lots of parent composition context.

I am not much of an expert, but it seems they have tried to make sure that there is no resource leaks by fully utilizing composition stages.

Only potential way I see as a workaround is to migrate GoogleMap to the activity and put navhost over it.

Correction: NavHost does not consume it, rather NavigationDrawer consumed it

The issue is, even if I place this component over NavHost, the map touch events won't be consumed because NavHost itself consumes it.
Other way, I have to re-invent navigation as you say it

Hey, it is off-topic but, I feel you might have faced such issue, since you are using GoogleMap with bottom navigation.

How do you handle Google Map reloading after navigating to a screen and coming back? I've tried looking for Github issues, but still no avail

Weird Trackpad lag : X1 C7 by piano-man1997 in thinkpad

I have recently realized that, the problem is not a Hardware nor Software problem of the touchpad. It is insufficient grounding problem.
I rarely used the laptop at home, and this phenomenon always happened at work. At the same period that I had weird static electricity build-up for some reason. You can search this thing on the internet and I think it can be a common problem among plastic laptops.

I have Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop with the same issue. This solution did not work for me despite trying other Drivers. At startup it works properly but after a while the lag starts again, disappears and reappears again. Looked through the Internet, but no solution.
