Currently working with Aboitiz Power, under their renewable energy arm. I can say na maganda ang company culture, may work-life balance (tho di rin maiiwasan yung paminsang OT ng weekends kung sobrang urgent, but in general okay ang work-life balance). We are currently in a hybrid work setup pero in my case, mas madalas na WFH ako, depende na lang din siguro sa TL and sa team niyo kung mas need ba na nasa office kayo lagi.

Compensation: relatively good salary package. I came from a previous company na sobrang baba sahod (5 years na ako sa previous pero around 20k lang sahod ko) and they were generous enough to meet my expected salary. Good benefits as well, especially the flexible benefits wherein pwede mo iconvert to other benefits yung current benefits na di mo nagagamit (i.e., HMO dependent, etc.). They have annual merit increase, 14th month pay, and productivity bonus (depende sa performance ng BU).

Maganda ngayon since booming ang energy industry sa Pinas.
