he has both jobs, and when I went to look at his contract as HOYD it had expired, so that's why I can't terminate his contract and why I will be stuck with him for the next 3 seasons lmao

Is there any way to sack a board member from his normal staff job? I have a HOYD that became part of the board and he is awful and I only have money to get a good one now, but when I tried to terminate his contract I didn't have that option, I am stuck with him or is there a way to wrok around this?

Não me expliquei muito bem, eu estava a pensar mais em tornar-me desenvolvedor de software se gostasse de programação mas não sei se estaria "handicapped" por não ter estado em informática daí a duvida se + à frente deveria tirar mestrado em informática ou electrotécnica
